• Hotel & Address Pickups: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

 

2. Immediate No-Show Policy

• Automatic Cancellation: If passengers do not arrive at the vehicle or make contact within the 15-minute window, the booking is automatically canceled.
• Non-Refundable: All late arrivals past 15 minutes are classified as a "No-Show" and are 100% non-refundable.

 Zero Tolerance for Damage: Any damage to the vehicle interior, including stains, tears, or broken fixtures, will result in immediate penalty charges and cleaning fees.

 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking tobacco or using electronic cigarettes inside the vehicle is completely forbidden.

• Strict Enforcement: Children and infants count as individual passengers toward these legal vehicle limit

• Sedan Car: Maximum 4 passengers total.
• SUV: Maximum 6 passengers total.
