Description

Geographic Limits: The flat daily rate applies strictly within Bangkok city limits. Excursions outside the province (e.g., Ayutthaya, Floating Markets in Samut Songkhram) will incur an additional 500 THB out-of-province surcharge.

Exclusion of Expenses: The 2,000 THB fee covers the guide's professional services only.

Fixed Service Window: The shift begins exactly at 8:00 AM and concludes at 8:00 PM. Overtime extending past 8:00 PM is billed strictly at 500 THB per hour, rounded up to the nearest hour.

Mandatory Break: For guide health and safety, an unpaid 1-hour lunch break must be scheduled flexibly between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. The guide is not required to provide narrative services during this rest hour.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit (1,000 THB per day booked) is required immediately to secure the guide and dates.
  • Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full via cash or local instant bank transfer (PromptPay) at the 8:00 AM morning meetup on the first day of service.
  • Cancellation Window: Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 72 hours before the start time. Cancellations made under 72 hours forfeit the deposit entirely, and rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
