Maximum Passenger Capacity

• Sedan Car: Maximum 4 passengers total.
• SUV: Maximum 5 passengers total.
• Van: Maximum 10 passengers total.
• Strict Enforcement: Children and infants count as individual passengers toward these legal vehicle limit

• Hotel & Address Pickups: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

• 2. Immediate No-Show Policy

• Automatic Cancellation: If passengers do not arrive at the vehicle or make contact within the 15-minute window, the booking is automatically canceled.
• Non-Refundable: All late arrivals past 15 minutes are classified as a "No-Show" and are 100% non-refundable.
