• Child refers to guests whose height is between 80–120 cm, and the age must not exceed 12 years old.
• Children under 80 cm are considered infants and can enter free of charge under adult supervision, with no seat provided.

Admission

• Customers must use the service on the date specified on the ticket. If the service is used on a different date, customers will be required to purchase a new ticket onsite at the walk-in rate.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
• The above rates are per person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
• The above rates are applicable for foreigners only.

Eligibility

• Swimming with dolphins is permitted for adults and children aged 6 years and above. Children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate.
• The swimmer’s weight must not exceed 100 kilograms. For swimmers weighing 100 kilograms or more, the program may be provided with exceptions for certain parts of the activity.
• People with acute or chronic skin diseases, mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis, other infectious diseases, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant women, people with special needs, and those with infantile cerebral palsy are not allowed to swim with dolphins.

• The above rates are subject to availability.
• Customers who present a Child ticket but exceed 120 cm in height will be required to pay the price difference from Child to Adult at the Company’s selling rate before entering the show.

Important Notes

• “No-show” applies to the Agent’s customers who do not present themselves on time for the booked program and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge to the Agent.
• Once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-changeable
